About the Role

Develop Homes is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimize internal operations across the business. This role focuses on building scalable processes, improving cross-team efficiency, and ensuring that strategic goals are executed smoothly at an operational level. You will work closely with leadership to translate vision into structured, measurable execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimise operational processes across departments
  
• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and day-to-day operations
  
• Identify inefficiencies and introduce systems to improve performance and scalability
  
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and coordinate between teams
  
• Develop operational KPIs, workflows, and reporting structures
  
• Support leadership with planning, prioritisation, and execution control
  
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in operations or business management roles
  
• Proven track record in senior or leadership-level operational positions
  
• Strong process-oriented and analytical mindset
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Ability to structure complex operations and scale them effectively
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Experience in real estate, development, or asset-based businesses is a strong plus
