Real Estate Investment Analyst

We are looking for a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support investment decisions across our property portfolio. You will analyze market trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to maximize returns.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze real estate markets, trends, and investment opportunities
• Build financial models and investment scenarios
• Conduct property valuations and ROI analysis
• Support acquisition and portfolio management decisions
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor performance of existing assets
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in real estate, finance, or investment analysis
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
• Understanding of real estate markets and investment metrics
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
