About the Role:

As a Marketing & Listings Specialist at Develophomes Real Estate FZCO, you will be responsible for presenting our exclusively owned residential and commercial properties through high-quality listings, digital content, and consistent brand messaging. You’ll work closely with sales, leasing, and property management to ensure every property is showcased accurately, professionally, and effectively across marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, publish, and maintain property listings for Develophomes Real Estate FZCO owned properties across relevant portals and platforms
• Ensure listing accuracy: pricing, availability, features, descriptions, images, and compliance details
• Coordinate content production (photography, video, floor plans) with vendors or internal resources
• Write compelling property descriptions aligned with the company’s positioning and target audience
• Support digital marketing efforts: social media posts, email updates, and property highlight campaigns
• Track listing performance, inbound leads, and engagement; optimize content and presentation accordingly
• Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to align marketing priorities with current availability and demand
• Maintain a structured internal database of assets (photos, videos, documents) and marketing materials
• Provide regular reporting and recommendations to improve lead flow and listing conversion

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in real estate marketing, listings management, or digital marketing (Dubai market experience is a strong plus)
• Strong copywriting and content skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working with listing portals, social media tools, and basic analytics/reporting
• Ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines with a structured approach
• Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration mindset
• Familiarity with photography/video coordination and creative production processes is a plus
