About the Role:

As a Leasing Coordinator at Develophomes Real Estate FZCO, you will support the leasing process across our exclusively owned portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Dubai. Your role is key to ensuring a smooth and professional experience for prospective tenants—from inquiry to contract signing—while maintaining strong coordination between clients, internal teams, and required documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate leasing inquiries for Develophomes Real Estate FZCO owned properties and ensure timely follow-ups
• Schedule viewings, prepare viewing packs, and support the Sales and Rental Agent team with daily logistics
• Prepare, review, and organize leasing documentation (applications, tenancy contracts, addendums, handover forms)
• Liaise with tenants and internal teams to coordinate move-ins, renewals, and tenant onboarding
• Maintain accurate property availability status, leasing calendars, and client records
• Assist with rent payment schedules, renewal reminders, and basic tenant communication where required
• Support compliance with Dubai leasing practices and internal documentation standards
• Provide weekly updates and reports on pipeline status, viewings, and conversions to management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in leasing administration, real estate coordination, or a similar role (Dubai experience is a strong plus)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and follow-up workflows
• Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
• Ability to handle multiple requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in office tools and CRM/property management systems (or willingness to learn quickly)
