Facilities Operations Manager

We are looking for a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day performance, maintenance, and operational standards of our residential and commercial properties. You will coordinate facilities activities, manage service providers, and help ensure our buildings remain safe, efficient, reliable, and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations across residential and commercial properties
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers, maintenance teams, and external service providers
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on identified issues
• Monitor the performance of building systems and essential facilities
• Track maintenance schedules, service requests, operational costs, and key performance indicators
• Ensure contractors and service providers meet agreed quality and performance standards
• Support budgeting and planning for maintenance, repairs, and facility improvements
• Maintain accurate records, reports, contracts, and operational documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve building efficiency and reduce recurring operational issues
• Coordinate with property management and asset management teams on operational priorities
• Support compliance with relevant health, safety, and building requirements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in facilities management, property operations, building management, or a related field
• Good understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and facilities operations
• Experience coordinating contractors and service providers
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple properties, priorities, and deadlines
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Attention to detail and a structured approach to operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in English
• Experience in residential or commercial real estate in the UAE is an advantage
• Knowledge of facilities management systems or maintenance management software is a plus
