Customer Support Specialist (Property Services)

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide high-quality service to our tenants and clients. You will be the key point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms
  • Support tenants with property-related requests and issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, operations, sales)
  • Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and requests
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer support or client service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities
  • Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
